Any great leader will tell you they would have never accomplished what they have without continued dedication to their cause and a steadfast plan to completing their goals. Set your goals and detail the steps you need to take to achieve them.

Make a To-Do List
Keep track of your progress and growth to ensure you are staying consistent. This will help you monitor how close you are to achieving your goals.

Being your own boss has its perks. You make your own decisions and set your own schedule. However, ultimate success requires a consistent commitment to the schedule.
